Terms of Service

Clear guidelines for commissioning my creative services

  1. I reserve the right to reject any commissions at my own discretion.
  2. It is required that my work is credited properly.
  3. I own the rights to my work, which allows me to use it for any purpose (such as displaying it on this website, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  4. I will provide progress updates through Discord DMs or Twitch streams.
  5. The time required to complete a commission depends on factors such as items commissioned, theme, and overall complexity.
  6. Any additional items requested after the initial payment must be paid in full.
  7. Payment options are either 50% upfront & 50% upon completion, or 100% upfront.
  8. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo.
  9. Refunds are 100% within 24 hours of the initial request, reduced to 50% after one week.
  10. Please provide a clear idea or reference for your commission—creativity needs direction.
